Checklist

  • Intake controls: job card creation, device identification, customer confirmation.
  • Diagnosis controls: assignment, turnaround targets, parts requirement logging.
  • Parts controls: request, approval, PO link, GRN confirmation, issue tracking.
  • Repair controls: work notes, QC checklist, repeat fault tracking.
  • Delivery controls: customer notification, delivery note, sign-off, closure notes.
  • KPIs: TAT, first-time-fix rate, backlog aging, parts lead time, rework rate.
  • Audit trail: all status changes must have user/time stamp and reason.
